Hi, I’m Susan Young, retired GISP (Geographic Information Systems Professional), PPSS (Permits Plus Software Specialist) and COCE (City of Chico Employee).
Now, starting Stage 3 of my life as an internet blogger, online entrepreneur, and promoter of struggling artists, I am delving into new frontiers beyond the world wide web to unknown spaces and technological wonders.
